Leader Brawl problem - should I open or return?

Postby Iron Prime » Fri Sep 07, 2007 7:59 am

Weapon: Energo-Sword
Last night my wife saw Leader Brawl at a Target and picked him up for me! However he was one of only two and the packaging was fairly beat up on both. She examined the two and the chest piece of one looked wrong to her so she got the other one and brought it home.

Upon inspection of the box I can see that one of the 'mid-sized cannons' on the turret seams to have popped/broken off.
Reference for the base of the two cannons above the main cannon:

So here's my question for those that have him: are those meant to pop off??? If this is something were I can open the toy and simply re-attach this piece that's awesome! But if it isn't supposed to be removed at all, even as a child safety thing, then I'm going to return him....

Thanks!

Motto: "Everything I do is divinely sanctioned."
Weapon: Jawbreaker Cannon
They go back on.

And they will come back off.

It's a blessing really that they come off, because otherwise, all the meat-hands around here would break them in .5 minutes or less.

I think he is a cool toy, but some ppl may be dissapointed by it. He 100% better then the deluxe version that was out, but he is probably the flimsiest one of the leader class. Structurly he is fine, but he has parts (cannons, and claws) that pop off alot. No a Huge deal IMO. He is also somewhat hard to transformer into tank mode, but once you figure it out he is fine.
