Very cool. I'll keep this in mind once we see it in stock, though I don't know when it's supposed to be released. Happy to meet at a Starbucks or something to open the package together and make sure everything is in order. I'll be happy to PM you if I get my hands on the package cheap and want to split, and feel free to do the same to me if that looks to work for you and you find it cheap first.

Even if we both decide to keep the entire set, I think this might be a win worth paying more for the unwanted half.


As for the previous question about the Dinobots, I'll post as soon as I see them because I cannot pass that one PCC up. I'm thinking we might see that here by mid December, along with everything else that should already be in stock.

Wandered over to the Mich Ave/Telegraph TRU after work and ended up leaving with TFA Rodimus and Ironhide and there were still a few leftover No Blurr though, but a few days ago I did finally land a Red Alert *happy dance*

anybody bought any of the fansproject upgrade kits? i'm really tempted to drop the money on the prime and magnus trailers along with the rodimus one all at once and use christmas as an excuse.

I got em all except for the Clifjumper upgrade. I have loved all of them. They have realy good quality control and the plastic feels sturdy and of pretty high quality. The packaging and the instructions are even higher quality than pretty much anything out there I've seen. I am looking forward to the Protector armor. Got my Rodimus sitting on my dest right in front of me waiting for his armor

THANKS FOR THE TIP! Went to the local Walgreens and they had 1 Jazz on the front of the peg followed by Animated Cybertron Prime and a Tuner Mudflap. Asked if they had any more in the back but they said they are all gone. Hard to believe they had a Jazz left. Nice toy by the way. Not as good as I had hoped.. Also stopped at the Lapeer Walmart and found a PCC Constructicon set. No Dinobots . It's nice he actually has thumbs in combined mode.

Anyone see the Dinobots anywhere yet? I would like to pick up the set before next Friday. Hopefully they stock them faster!

I don't know where you are, but I just picked up a set of Dinobots at the Grand Blanc Walmart. Grand Blanc is just a little south of Flint. They had about 5 sets of the Dinos left and about 8 sets of the Constructicons.

I am in the Detroit area.

I found Thunderwing, Skullgrin and Cliffjumper at the Target in Muskegon yesterday. I left a Cliffjumper, but got 2 of thunderwing and skullgrin and 1 CJ. Cliffjumper is a pretty good looking figure. Nice headsculpt and coloring. Thunderwing isn't too bad. A bit simple of a figure, but kind of an homage to the pretender shell I suppose. Skullgrin is awesome and looks better than Straxus. Now it's time to find the reveal the shield figures. I can't wait for Lugnut!

I stopped by Kmart and the walgreens in waterford....no dice.

Actually got lucky today at Walmart in Commerce. They had a few Dinobots and Constructicons. Bunch of other new Deluxe figures as well. No sight of Jazz, etc., though.

Also, stopped at one Walgreens at 14 mile and Haggerty.. just old figures.. did pick up a cool legend 2 pack of Ironhide and Blackout. Talk about old!

I was at CostCo today and noticed one of these ultimate Bumblebees... except it came with a Legends Mudflap and BB, plus the finish was shinier, including chromed bits on his gun hand and other parts.

Tempting.
My only hangup... does that little lever below his arm to activate that hand/gun gimmick swing back or pop off or anything? It just looks odd, otherwise.

It's just there for the try me sounds. it comes off.
