OK, The only Ultra Magnus I can find is the Hasbro re-release, which has the short smokestacks, and stupidly long missiles. However, I can get a hold of original G1 missiles, and replacement smokestacks.
My question is, does anyone know if the old missiles are compatible with the missile launchers of the re-release? If they're not, are the original missile launches compatible with the re-release (I can find them too)?

It is not compatible if you compare the Jp version of the re-issue to the US version of the re-issue to the original G1 version.
