Nolan North voiced Brawl in WFC. But, yeah, I'll admit he does sound a bit different this time around.

why is steve blum doing 3 voices? they're all going to sound the same, this is why they need to get Frank Welker or michael bell. The more i see of this game the less interested i get.

I think it's safe to assume Sam Reigel is reprising his role as Starscream.
Troy Baker as Jazz? They built up this guy as being carefully picked to sound so super closer to Scatnan Crothers, and yet he's just another recycled actor from the first game? And White?

Is that the same actor who did Soundwave in WFC? I hope so. Was the closest we've ever had to G1 Soundwave.
Pity Robert Foxworth isn't voicing Ratchet. Would prefer Welker or Burton for Megatron but I got used to Tatasciore.
Of all the voices, I wish they would get Cullen for Ironhide.
Burton as Shockwave would have been nice too.
