Gotta go with Iron Man here. Ironhide would put up a hell of a fight, but Tony would win in the end.

Re: Movie Iron Man vs. Movie Ironhide
Seconded
Ironman takes this. In the movie, if he had the normal ARC-reactor for the power source, he would have mopped the floor with Iron-Monger.
His repulsor rays and uni-beam would make short work of Ironhide.
We gotta remember we're talking about Transformers(who were taken down by normal human weaponry), going up against a super-genius who built his own super-sophisticated exo-skeleton armor, armor that nobody had ever seen anything like it before, and managed to defeat a bad-guy(with a similar suit) with a McGyvered power source that he built in a cave.

Thirded.
- Movie Transformers are more vulnerable
- The targeting system of the Mk.3 armor can make short work of anything with minimal explosives

I agree that Iron Man wins and agree with all of the reasons already stated.
