I stand corrected by my comments in this thread (just scroll down to the last post on page 3)..
http://www.seibertron.com/forums/viewto ... rt=30&sid=
I stopped by Target today and to my surprise the deluxe movie toys were out. I snagged Bumbles, Barricade, Brawl, Jazz and Scorponok. I saw Wreckage but passed on him (after opening Brawl I should have passed on him instead of Wreckage).
While I was grabbing my figs the manager came up (whom I know) and I asked him to his face "are these going to ring up or are they going to say the dreaded NO SALE".. He went on to tell me that they got a memo to release the Deluxe figs only. I asked him if this was the same for all Targets and he told me that "the information was being filtered down".
They got in all of the movie toys and had everything else in the back room.
SO keep checking your Targets!!!
Now for my mini reviews
Scorponok: Honestly I like this figure alot, his transformation is easy and honestly he just looks damn cool.
Barricade: I love this guy.. His transformation is not too difficult and he looks great in both modes.
Bumblebee: Not too bad, I like him and his transformation is not too complex.
Jazz: Stocky, big legs, forearms feel flimsy (those that have him may know what I am talking about)and when transforming him I felt like I was going to break his shoulder's (again if you have him you may know what i am talking about). But IMHO he looks great in both forms.
Brawl: The one thing about this guy that absolutely pisses me off is how his shoulders do not lock into place like they should so his arms once put into place cannot be moved or they pop out of the pegs (if you have him you know what I am referring to).

Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

I found some at Target this past Saturday also. They only had a handful - 2 Swindles, 1 Barricade, and 2 Brawls. I picked up the Barricade (very nice fig BTW) but I think I am actually going to go the route this year of waiting for the BOGO's and double pack sales that Energon and Cybertron had in the past.
Just not too excited about this line for some reason - at least not to the level of paying full price for EVERY single figure like I have the past few years.
Though I think CB may have talked me into Scorponok.

You may or may not like him.. I dunno, for some reason he grew on me.
Maybe it is because of his "simplicity".

You definitely shouldn't have passed on Wreckage. He's easily the best of the Deluxes overall. Shame that he isn't actually a movie character.
I have found all of the Deluxes except Bumblebee so far, at Target. I agree with your reviews overall, but I'm just not that impressed with Jazz. He isn't horrible, but I hate the dainty feel in the arms and the stumpy proportioning. Cheap plastic, too.
Scorponok has a great beast mode, and has grown on me alot. The bot mode not so much, but I do like him.
Barricade is my second fav after Wreckage, his alt mode is sweet and he looks so evil in bot mode. Lack of head articulation is kind of a bummer.
And Shame on Hasbro for Brawl's shoulder-peg problem, I love the way this toy looks, but I can't touch him because his arms just fall. I have read that some people don't have this issue, so perhaps it has been corrected. As for mine I'll just thicken the pegs and see what happens.
And I do recommend Swindle, he has a nice look and a sweet alt mode.
I went to Target today and they actually had a huge empty space tagged up and ready for everything. Nothing out yet, but not for long...

I have to set my review here, its a good place..
My brother oredered all 10 figures, i originally thought from Hasbro, but he got them from Amazon and for a total of 60.00 plus shipping.. nice!!! 10 deluxe figures from wave 1 and no shopping or embaracing checkout with people asking if these are for you or the kids...
Anyways...
overall, Bonecrusher is a fabulous design as a transformer for this movie, I am Absolutely impressed with this figure, and I hope he gets Leader class treatment soon...
Barricade has so much articulation and the joints are solid.. what a nice bot, not too fond of frenzy, but oh well... bonus figure anyways..not a bad deal, he's a sweet decepticon..
Brawl, meh... he's not exactly the poster bot for staying in one pice, I hope the Leader Class in a better design..
Optimus Prime Protofrom, SS Protoform.. neede more articulationin the knees, ratchets joints and something to make their hips saty together so they don't fall over...
Swindle...uhhh crap in plastic cover it?? I mean not where equal to Barriscade or the other T-formers..
Scorponok, not interesting in Bot mode...
Jazz, and autobot knight, nice and sturdy good amount of artiucualtion, nice head and light piped visor, or shinny visor anyweays in blue, freaking awesome..!!
Bumblbee 70s camaro.. what a disappointing peice of trash!!! from the crouch to stomach, looks good, the articualtion sucksass, the legs and chest don't match the movie at all!!! what a peice of crap.. i recommend not getting it.. sorry but until i see the real deal i wouldn't buy him..
Wreckage is sweet, but his legs need a little of tightening or something so he doesn't do the splits while posing him..
But overall my favorite stand out figures:
Optimus Prime prototfrom
Barricade
Bonecrusher..I really like Bonecrusher after transforming him and looking at him posed on the shelf, wow what a nice design, original and menacing at the same time..

From ToplessRobot.com:• "Watching Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is marginally better than sh***ing your pants, but it takes a lot longer." Very well put.
