The only real one problem I had was getting his two gun butts to rotate around the fit together and some parts kept coming off as I transform him. But I won out and finally got him transformed into Gun Mode! He's laser light on his scope is way cool too!
As for the orange plug in the end of the gun barrel, it came out with relative ease with a couple of twists from a pair of needle-nosed pliers. Then you can use goo gone and a q-tip to clean the glue residue.
You must get this Megatron, he is well worth the money!
