Orion is likely a tad stronger transport but Optronix is the smarter of the two, maybe even faster. Neither really wanted to fight until influenced by an encounter with Megatron.

Optronix come from the fanwankage that is DW, so i'm thinking he pwns all pre primed incarnates. He'ld likely beat animated Prime too unless he fits as the best of both worlds. Smart enough for accademy but hardy enough for space bridge labor. ooow, I wonder if either had an axe?
