I'm wondering if anyone outside of the US here has a paypal account and if you do please help me out here. I want to add my bank account to Paypal but I can't seem to do so. The link keeps wanting me to add a US bank account. Also I've verified my account with a credit card and I'm wondering if I can transfer funds from my card to paypal.. Thanks to anyone that might be able to shed light on this..

Yeah, I always forget that.

Once you've added your card, just go ahead and use it. You don't need that bank nonsense, it takes a week to transfer funds, no fun at all.

With a card registered with it, you're set to go. Just make sure when buying something that theres evidence of it going from your card (for example that it tells you its charging your card, and displays your card number).

So you mean I don't need to add a bank account at all? That's great news!

The only bank account you need is the one your card draws from, in which case, you only need to register your card.
