So I was considering doing my own Transformers fanfics, but I first want to know the rules regarding what is allowed in fanfics.

Question number 1:

What level of mature content is allowed in fanfics (EG violence, language, sexual content)? Obviously I assume outright lemon fics are disallowed (for good reason, Transformers lemon rarely ends well) as are fics with no purpose beyond inflicting perverted violence upon characters (once again, for good reason).

Question number 2:

Do fics have to be in an existing "official" continuity? For example, I have my own "fan continuity" which I use as the basis for my Transformers' misadventures, so would that be allowed? Also, are there any continuities that are off limits (Kiss Players, for example...Poor Atari...)

Question number 3:

Do fics have to be Transformers related, and what are the rules regarding crossovers? (For example, a humourous crossover between Neon Genesis Evangelion and Transformers).
