What's the difference between the 20th Anniversary DVD Edition Masterpiece OP and MP-01?

20th Anniversary has a much brighter paint job, shorter smoke stacks, a blue gun where MP-01's is gray, and it comes with a display stand with a horrible voice recording. That and the packaging differences, I believe, is all.

Thanks for the quick and informative answer. Are the both plastic or is the Takara version diecast?
