I wasn't much of a transformers fan until about a year ago, when I got interested in the movie. Since then, I have immersed myself in transformers lore and after much study, came to one conclusion: The TV shows are all preety stupid. Especially Beast Wars. Poor stories, 2 dimensional characters... Except one.
Rattrap
There are already threads out there about supporting Arcee, or Devastator, or any other character, so I'm starting this thread in support of that depressing, but always practical and occasionaly nostalgic bundle of fuzz, Rattrap. The revolution starts now. Rattrap for TF 2!!!!!
I hope to have signature support pictures up soon. Thank you all for your consideration.

You know I can see someone with his characteristics, and personality making their way into the film, but the name "Rattrap" would not be "cool" enough for Bay, he would have to call him Menasor or Sideswipe or something.

And with the screen time robots get, we would only be guessing that he was based on the BW character, seeing how he'd probably be lucky to get 3 lines.

All right, you have a point... Maybe not quite Jar Jar (Although compared to the entire cast of Ep. III, Jar Jar was pretty tame...) Maybe also Waspinator? He could be a green/ yellow lowrider, visssually reminiscent of the one in Cars. Just an idea... :grin:

But I thought that he used that account as his Halloween ID at some point?

I seem to remember that account used in some amusing prank a while back.

At any rate, I'll miss his fwaptackular sig images as it seems to me that he probably won't be back.

I guess the staff has been looking for any excuse to ban him for quite some time.

Blasphemy! There was nothing in Ep III as lame or irritating as JarJar was in Ep I

The name Rattrap could stay, since it suggests a somewhat sneaky mischievous bastard. He could be a small swift vehicle. I think Arcee will cover the motorcycles, but Rattrap could work as a compact rally car or something.

If Battletrap needed an interesting personality, and was in the movie, i'ld also use Rattrap's
