I read this over at Tformers and saw that it hadn't been posted here.
This link will take you to a Japanese website featuring 2 clickable pictures of a Citroen Transformer. It's not quite the same as the ones featured in the commercials, but it looks pretty cool. It makes me wonder how the movie would have turned out with bots like these.

I don't see any resemblance to BB in the legs or arms. Am I missing something?

The feet and waist look alot like the Concept Camaro BB toy, but overall it's a pretty simplified model.

It's not a cut and paste photoshop job, nor is it the Bumblebee model used in the movie. They really did build it, but it does not really transform. Pretty much, if I remember the story I read correctly, it is only a statue. From the shape of the feet, pelvis, and the way the doors hang off the back like wings, it is pretty obvious they used the Concept Bumblebee toy as a design model.
EDIT: Here's another site with more pictures and info

I meant cut and past, as in blowtorch and welding. lol I can clearly see it's real. I just thought it was a reconstruction of that BB statue they displayed at the movie's premier, conventions, and the like. http://www.flickr.com/photos/**** ... otostream/
Though taking a closer look at it, it does appear to be built from scratch. But it is heavily based on some of movie BB's anatomy. Thats what threw me.

It looks more like an Alternator or Binaltech to me than it does movie BB. I'm sorry if it had been posted before, I havent' been around for a while. I also didn't mean that it transformed. That was pretty obvious.

If they can transform http://images.google.com/images?sourceid=navclient&aq=t&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4TSHB_enUS215US215&q=CITROEN+C%2dCACTUS car--if you can call it that--then
I'll really be impressed. I'd like to call it the Citroen Goatse, but it's named the C-Cactus [sic]. So ugly, it could only be a robot in disguise.
