I suppose Megatron or Galvatron :-? could be a Dalek, but seems like overkill.

Cosmos might be a good candidate for TARDIS, though with his accent maybe he should turn into Sputnik.

sorry to be pedantic here but i own 3 classic mini's

the name MINI is now a trademark associated with BMW cars not the mini mr Bean drives,
BMW 'raped' rover when it wnet bustand only kept the name so they colud try and sell more cars to the next gen of mini owners.

don't mean to be rude either skywarp-2 but try digi bashing a classic mini as looking at those small BMW's with the mini name on make me sick!!!! :-x :-x :-x

rant over apologies to all

Motto: "Vote for Beast Wars!"
Weapon: Sword
I think a Canadian exclusive line would kick ass. Even if it was all just repaints of existing figures. Alot of figures would look good in MIC red, white, and black. Plus it would help make up a little for all the times we got screwed by US exclusives.

Moose and Squirrel?? "Bullwinkle, Borris Voice..LOL"

Oh how about the Molsen Ice Beer Bear as a Beast wars figure..??

eh? I don't know, eh...maybe they could do some other interesting designs based on Canadian vehicles???eh?? Oh that's just too funny...I don't think Canada has their own manufacturer vehicles do they?? Blame canada...

Just kidding, my Lawn Mower is from Canada and let me say it's the strongest yard machine I have ever owned.. and well built.. Canadians and their engineering and quality are really above par, Canada should industrialize just a portion of their country for export of fine built goods..the other 85% of your country should always remain a wildlife preserve..show us Yanks how to keep Global warming down...

Anyways..

I don't think Dr. Who Transformers would be what I'm looking for in a Hasbro exclusive line.. i love Dr. Who but I like them separate from the rest of the toys.. Although, I think the BBC production house would really get alot of U.S. interest in Dr. Who by doing an unprecedented Cameo of a certain U.S. character that has been in every medium since the 1980s.. I would love to see an episode where the Doctor stumbles upon the ruins of a Lab in some barren waste land that his Tardis lands in, and low and behold in the lab he finds a deactivated Death's Head!!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death's_Head

Around on the floor looks like a dead G-1 Megatron Body.. though barely visible and only a vague reference made to what that decimated victim was..

then Death's head tells the Doctor that he's been waiting for over 1 hundred thousand years in stasis deactivated mode for the opportunity to kill his next contract..... the Doctor!!! who then runs away and finds out the Master played a part in this plan an that Death's head is from a different reality, and so on and so on..

Also in the Dr. Who subject.. I would love to see a Special episode of Dr. Who with Absolom Daak, Dalek Killer!!!!

Absolom Daak was a recurring character in Doctor Who Monthly's comic strips in the early 80's.
A convicted criminal, he was offered the option of Vapourisation or becoming a "Dalek-Killer", for his many crimes....
He chose the Dalek Killer option, as it sounded more painful....

anyways, i shall try to do a Classic Mini..

but I really want to track down those Mini cooper toys that were released in 2005.. eBay doesn't have them, neither does a google search yield any results.. anyone else know how to find them??? maybe Honeywell has them in their road bots line up??

Edit: the Mini cooper toy was never released, that is why I can't find it for sale.. ARRGGGGHHH!!!

It was pulled because of licensing problems...

here is what we could have had already:

(honestly i can't believe people complain about my images in posts to the mods.. soooo i've made them just links..:P upgrade your damn computers!!! J/K I know it's expensive and not everyone can afford the best connection or equipment.. :( still that sucks for artistic expressionism.. )

it's a shame though.. they would have fit in nicely with the alternators and the Masterpiece Seekers..

well i think the post on page 3 shows that mini themselves, consider their car a fighter and have no problem turning it into a transformer.. only without hasbro's help..

Question is... is it licensed? I doubt that BMW had any input into the production of my fig...

no, the licenses were an issue apparently so that's why they never made them... damn it!!! I was sooo gonna track that toy down for purchase through some online retailer until I found out they were never released... but what the article said it wasn't the manufacturer licenses they had an issue with it was the transformers and Hasbro that stopped the production and distribution..

That's not what I meant. I fully understand that Hasbro haven't produced a Mini bot because they couldn't get the licence. But not all companies (or possibly all countries) require the licences, just as countless overseas companies produces KOs of Transformers with impunity, so in certain instances a toy manufacturer may not necessarily have the permission of a car manufacturer but still produce models of the car.

no, I know what you meant... it was Mini Cooper's parent corporation, I assume BMW who put the Kabaash on the toy release due to Hasbro's License.. I think I read somewhere that the Takara Alternators at one time during this robot's impending release was to make a mini as a Transformer.. but I guess the two toy projects canceled each other out..
