well i think the post on page 3 shows that mini themselves, consider their car a fighter and have no problem turning it into a transformer.. only without hasbro's help..

Question is... is it licensed? I doubt that BMW had any input into the production of my fig...

That's not what I meant. I fully understand that Hasbro haven't produced a Mini bot because they couldn't get the licence. But not all companies (or possibly all countries) require the licences, just as countless overseas companies produces KOs of Transformers with impunity, so in certain instances a toy manufacturer may not necessarily have the permission of a car manufacturer but still produce models of the car.
