Re: Singapore Transformers sightings
just went to RBRB today, for the first tiem after Gerard had his display cabinets renovated...actually he bought new cabinets...but i was more interested in those that greeted me when i was about to enter the shop....

lotsa G1s...giftsets, headmasters, black zarak! browning!! most of them in minty condition, MIB or MISB!!
No 1 prized find: Darkwings giftset. (top left in the pic below)

C9 box and probably the best i've ever seen...if i do not already have this, i would grab this!! Price offered to me is surprisingly affordable...but the catch is you'll tell u its not for sale...you'll have to convince him to sell and that depends on your "ah-ness" with him....if "ah-kao-ji", confirm jackpot...if "ah-bo-ji", go fu*k spider...good luck!

Tried my luck and bought Crankcase from Giant Hypermart Vivo with the number 10531 - long fingers
However, Crankcase is really ugly IMO, Barricade is still much better.

He is ugly, but he's also kind of cool, sort of what the insecticons look like if they were bayformered but cars instead of bugs.
Were there many left?

Re: Singapore Transformers sightings
So what did you guys think about the movie?
The only thing that really left a lasting impression on me was...

Haha nah just kidding. I went in with low expectations and thought it was pretty good, although Bay really needs to stop showing his love for the indomitable human spirit.
And it also seems like Michael Bay has a problem with another MB. All 3 Mercedes Benzes in the movie (Simmons' Maybach, Q and Soundwave) were destroyed.
BTW, spotted some new stuff in Metro Paragon today (I think Taka has the same stuff too according to some on the other forum). Cyberverse Playset Ark, Cyberverse Commander Hatchet, Human Alliance Drag Strip and Half-Track (Sandstorm repaint). They also restocked Leader Ironhide, Cyberverse Battle Steel Prime and Fireburst Prime. Unfortunately the 20% discount is over!
BTW, does anyone know if Human Alliance Reverb and Crosshairs are in the same wave as Drag Strip and Half-Track? I didn't see them at Metro this time, so I'm hoping they're just not released yet, and not sold out already...

I am hoping that it will not be as bad as some reviewers said it is as I'm watching it tomorrow. And I'm bringing Crankcase.

Re: Singapore Transformers sightings
About 2 left on pegs when I bought the Crankcase.
Taka has the Target exclusives - transculent Arcee, Jazz, Bumblebee and Terradive but its priced at $29.90 not the usual deluxe price.
The movie is quite enjoyable, definitely better than ROTF. Prime's trailer is really cool in this installment. But movie is still weak in characterisation of the TFs.

Re: Singapore Transformers sightings
Voyager Sentinel is a slightly above average figure. It's quite detailed for a v class figure, the chest place quite nice with the silver and glossy maroon paint. Articulation is quite but waist can't be turn though. However, it is basically a shell-former just tuck the legs and arms then fold the back plates to cover the figure and you get the firetruck. Can get at 20% off, full price not really worth it besides being a baddie in the movie dun think it'll be that popular with kids so dun tink it's scalper material
