The question is, how do you partake in the enjoyment of your collection.
Most of us are in our late teen years or somewhere in the 20-35 range, so we probably aren't acting out massive toy battles in our living room. (and if you are, I'd bet your girlfriend does not approve on account of her not existing)
So, spending as much as we do to create these TF temples, how do you go about enjoying your work?
I find myself taking little museum trips, now you have to understand, I have a TF room...my den is basically converted for toy storing purposes. All the same, I'll go in and just take a long look at each shelf, remembering where or how I got the figure and questioning if I can ever fit any more in the room...
Other times, I'll spend a week or two rearranging things, just to do it in my spare time. This also gives me an opportunity to pack some stuff up for a while and display other items that have not been out in some time.
I also really enjoy getting to show my collection to someone for the first time. I usually wait until the person has visited a few times and then I give them the ole', "Hey, check out my comic collection (like 10 trade paper books...). Oh, yea those, I have some Transformers as well.."![]()
How's it work at your place?

Word up.
And everyone knows the helicopter rule...Those have to go ontop of the packed case, or else the blades get bent.

Same goes with anything from Cybertron with a rubber anything! Starscreams crown and Nitro Convoy got all bent out of shape because of my ignorance.

We have over 100 figs. Lucky bastards I only had six total when I was there age. I was deprived as a child. So I have no problem getting TF's for them. As for myself I need to get 4 to be happy G1 ratchet(my first TF ever) and MP Prime, Starscream and Megs. If I ever get those I would be done. For me at least. I will buy them for my little guys for as long as they want them.
We had a battle last saturday. It was Cybertron Starscream, Armada Unicron who rewired Primus and Energon Omega Supreme's circuit's. The 4 giant TF's against 50 of the finest TF's from both faction's to stop this evil. Cybertron Optimus and Megatron we're general's. And we had Cybertron defense hotshot and scattershot training new recruits. We had Red Alert run the infirmary. We lost alot of good men that day.
The only way to defeat the Titans was to find the temple of the Ancient's. Only an ancient (reissue Ricochet) can use the power of the matrix to finish this war. This war lasted for 2 hours. Man was that fun! I will never forget that day with them and I hope they never forget it either. And that is how I enjoy my....EHEM their TF's.
Forever young throught the eyes of a child.
