Symbiote form of spidey. he got it from a shuttle accident at the animated series. right?

It seems that all your information about Spiderman come's from the cartoon serries.
The comic book version of the history of the Symbiote suit is quite different.
But to answer your question most likly the Symbiote suited Spidy would win.
