tfracetrack.com doesn't want to work but are there any other sites with TF instructions scans?
Specifically I'm looking for scans of BWII Galvatron and BWneo Magmatron's instructions.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try Cobra Island Toys.

edit: ah yes, here we are! For your convenience, Galvatron and Magmatron.
