The ultimate anger vs. anger battle...
I'd probably give it to Hulk, the madder he gets the bigger and stronger. It's been quite a while since I saw a skit from Animaniacs which featured Katie Ka-Boom so I forget whether she got bigger nad scarier if she got madder at the situation she was dealing with.
So Hulk for me.
