Well there is two ways to do it. One is th have the peice attached to the sides of the chest. The other is to have them as part of the hip guards and connect to the sides of the chest when it transforms. either will work. You might want to check out Aremis? custom Ultra Magnus trailer that he did for the Masterpeice version.
