I just picked up all six parts of the Universe min Railracer. The pieces that allow him to link together seem to have points of articulation that have nothing to do with his gestalt mode. Anyone have any ideas what they might be for?

All the Micromaster gestalts have a jet mode formed from the gestalt kibble. The body section should form the cockpit with the weapon being the nosecone, the head the engine and the hands and feet the wings. The cockpit will seat a Micromaster.

Railracer is a redeco of Sixliner and/or Sixtrain.

... except Sixliner and Sixtrain, who U-Rail Racer is based on.
