But thats because it is a joke, a fan joke. Even though these toys were redecos of part of a combiner (liokaiser), they were not sold with the intention of combining them. But since we fans know they can partly combine, it became a joke to do so and give an unfinished combiner. But its not an official combiner, more of a fan mode.
If you guys want the worse intentional combiner, check out the armada mcdonalds one:

Accidentally.

Er, Michael Bay didn't actually design most of the Movieverse characters.
That was actually special-effects artist and designer Ben Procter: http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Ben_Procter

To be fair, I think all of those are pretty terrible, that triceratops in robot mode![]()
But their minicon ports work in beast mode and those are quite nice!

Noideaforaname wrote:As questionable as those Minicons are, they make great buddies for PCC Grimstone (and AoE Slog), but aftermarket prices are utterly insane. I paid $6 for Rav way back when, which I thought was kinda crazy, but now....

Maybe you'll find yourself more at home at 4chan's /toy/?
Yeah that's not trying to be intentionally antagonistic now is it?
If you want REAL antagonistic behavior, go over there. You'll see, it's pure madness.

Wow, if thats your worse, your pretty lucky. Any others on this list that you own?

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

You do realize that it was Bay who made the order to make Optimus Prime design look like Optimus instead of what the had before.
He only had some word though it was the artists who made the designs not Bay.
ZeroWolf wrote:So does this mean there's going to be a best list in the near future?
Also anyone ever thought of doing a yearly list looking over the past year for the wost/disappointing tfs?

OMFG, what is that!
And yeah, I learned about the Liokaiser thing. Baffling that they'd release only HALF a combiner.

Wrong, it was Hasbro who insisted on the look for Optimus to resemble Optimus. Michael Bay is the reason Optimus got his lame flames.
Hasbro insisted that Optimus must be red and blue, with windows on his chest and the head look the way it did.
Bay insisted on it being a long nose truck to get the height he wanted and the blue flames.

william-james88 wrote:ZeroWolf wrote:Will I meant a best of all time list
Oh I know what you meantBut its the same answer. There wont be an all time best list because there's just too many and opinions are all over the place. If you want one, there was one done but it was done through a survey to a bunch of fans and the number one pic has a receny bias. I dont want to do it that way, so instead I am giving a list of the best just one bit at a time. I wrote up a list of the best car transformers and that alone felt like a best of all time list, but that wont be up for a while and long after people have forgotten I ever talked of one
Also, for the question about making a worst of each year, I feel we did tackle it in the year end discussion. Mine for last year was Breakdown, who I dislike much more than Motormaster (who I dont mind as much as most). My biggest dissapointment though is Roadrage/Tracks. Not garbage by any means, but a far cry from what I would expect in the masterpiece line. There were sacrifices made for toon accuracy that feel forced to me. And I dont feel the 50$ I spent on it was well spent.
As for 2014, the worst is on this list, First Edition Prime, especially for the money being asked for him.
Worse of 2013 is between Voyager Predaking and Voyager Blitzwing, I'm not sure.
Worse of 2012 was airachnid (followed by FOC Ravage)
ZeroWolf wrote:I agree with those end of year rundowns though I own voyager predaking, though I want to replace him with the upscaled commander cyber verse one they did as it looks far better.

Eh, I could, but I really have hopes for the titans return version (I'm good with Stripes, so I should be good with Ravage). Plus that one will have a mode where it can move by itself and not need a ride.
And My Prime Predaking is a bit fiddly and is not one of my favorites, but to me it is not that bad, just not as good as it could have been
