A Generations Bulkhead would be awesome. He is one of my favorite Animated and Prime characters.
Airachnid was a terrifying villain and she deserves a far better representation. She deserves to ascend to the generations toyline, much like Bulkhead.
Tidal Wave deserves far better than the TR toy. He deserves a Titan figure, he is huge and needs to be in generations.
Animated Safeguard should be here too. A 2 bot symmetrical combiner, that is very rare and can combine in robot mode and alt mode too. I loved the twins.
Movie Blackout, Barricade, and Nitro Zeus should ascend too. Those 3 are really cool movie guys that were enjoyable and in the former 2 cases, made a big impact with the fandom. a Generations form of these 3 would be sweet. Same with Cogman and maybe if you did him better Sqweeks.
RiD did a great job of giving us some original Decepticons too. Crazybolt was one I really wished I could have gotten the toy of but never did, and he has had a G1 toy before, but that is a name I would love to see a generations toy of. Same with Thunderhoof, Fracture, Underbite, and Strongarm.

I could just fill this list up with Armada characters:
Demolisher, as listed.
Cyclonus-just name him something else or 'Cyclone' or something.
Hot Shot
Red Alert-a lot better than the original paranoid G1 character. :p

Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

I'd be down for a new Voyager Bulkhead and Deluxe Sideways in Generations, I'd also like a Deluxe Barricade based on that new Evergreen design. I doubt we'll ever actually see most of the popular non-G1 characters in the toyline though, the current design team's approach to Generations seems to be "All G1 all the time, and every so often throw a bone to the IDW G1 fans". I'll be pleasantly surprised if the War for Cybertron trilogy does step outside the box though, but I'm expecting them to just keep treading familiar ground.
