I got my first Transformer, Deluxe Payload earlier, and when I tried to transform him to robot mode, I got as far as part 7 in the instructions, but now I can't make his 'neck' swing in between his shoulders. It just won't go. Everything else is done, just not that part!
Help is much appreciated. How do I do it?

You should wait more than 12 minutes.

I don't remember Payload being very difficult. I have the figure in storage, so I'm not going to be any help. All I can suggest is that you back up and see if you missed a step preventing the head from swinging forward.

Be patient. You should wait at least half a day for responses before posting a second message. Not everyone can respond with your answer in just 12 minutes.

Congratulations on your first Transformer! I just recently started collecting them too. Like yours, my collection is quite tiny, but slowly growing.
