I got an e-mail from Hobby Link Japan that they recieved Optimus Prime and will ship once I pay. Taken from this information, I guess it's safe to say they got them in, but I haven't recieved any confirmation on Megatron. I'll keep in touch as soon as that e-mail comes in.
EDIT TransFormers Encore Starscream is in stock on their site so it's safe to say they have.

how bad are shipping prices from them? on average?

Well my Optimus will cost me $66.00 with Shipping and the toy was I believe $42.

True, but $6 more doesn't bother me. I got Megatron Pre-ordered on HLJ and still says Future Release so I'm not sure whether they had some or they got delayed by them. I can't get Megatron on TFSource anymore, so I don't mind.
