How many places are there (besides Ebay, duh!) are there for TF parts? Can anyone list them?

Parts as in weapons, or parts as in actual limbs and such?

Wheeljackslab sells G1 weapons and accessories. As does Snarls.net and Fortmax.net.

As for other lines i don't know anywhere other then Ebay for weapons and such.

And I know of no place that sells limbs and the like, but the stores i listed do sell complete and loose bots as well from G1 and sometimes other lines I believe.
