I haven't posted here in a wee while and have added Energon Unicron, Energon Megatron, Galaxy Force Landmine, Energon Ultra Magnus and Classics Ramjet to my growing collection. Also won an ebay auction for 14 Alternators, five of which (Grimlock, Camshaft, Hound, Sideswipe and Battle Ravage) will be added to my collection. I am currently deciding what to do with the nine others.

Got a couple of Alternators, Shockblast and Swindle, on eBay for $62 shipped. I've been after Shockblast for awhile now and him and Swindle will even up the sides a little bit.

Today in the mail I got:

- Encore Megatron
Shipped from Hong Kong, so NO silly red plug. It came FAST and no problems with customs. I already have my original G1 Megatron AND Box from 1984 so this new one will stay MISB.

- Encore Soundwave
- Encore Starscream
Both ordered from Atomic Destruction Toys. Still have the knockoffs from when I was a kid, so now I FINALLY got the REAL ones! And it only took 22 years!

Alltogether £252 from ebay including P & P, i figured that since it'd be about £140 to get Mirage, Hound and Camshaft MISB. Getting them loose in a lot (and in mint condition) of 14 seems like a good deal. Hound, Mirage, Camshaft, Battle Ravage and Sideswipe were needed for my collection, i now need Ricochet, Rollbar, Rumble, Nemesis Prime, Decepticharge and Swerve to complete the Alternators.

I am going to get raped for Decepticharge and Swerve though

Less than 20 sterling a piece! Wow, that a steal! And that's including Prime! Prime Masterpiece?

Taken altogether, i'd say, it's ok to be raped for Decepticharge and Swerve. The average still won't cost too much.

No, no it's the Prime Alternator. I have the 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime and intend to get the Masterpiece version at some point.
