Star Convoy reissue, MISB, for $64.99...shipped.
Not bad, for a brick-former.
I just wish they made a Super Megatron from the series to go with/against Star Convoy.
All in all, this figure kicks @$$.
If you can snag him for under $60, he is worth it, just because he is Convoy (Prime).
I am VERY happy with Star Convoy!

I got Brawl and Barricade. I like Brawl's arm cannon and how Barricade has Wal-mart's motto on the sides.

I went down to Wal-Mart and they had one Voyager Starscream and one Voyager Ironhide, so I bought them. I also bought Titatium The Fallen.

Not for me, but my 4 year-old daughter has had quite a couple of weeks:
Robot Heroes Magnus/Megatron, Prime/Ravage, Bumblebee/Soundwave, Grimlock/Shockwave, Prime/Unicron, and Jazz/Thundercracker.
Also, Optimash Prime to go with her Darth Tater.

I was looking at getting one of those, I wanted a huge super Autobot to balance out my G1 shelf and it was a toss up between him amd God Ginrai...
After ALOT of hard though I settled on God Ginrai, even though Star Convoy looks sweet and has a tiny wee Hot Rod... God Ginrai's huge and Chromey, and full of modes.
Can't wait for him to arrive.
Has anyone here got a God Ginrai/Power Master Prime? what's he like in person? - minireview pls

No problem.
God Ginrai is a WAAAAYYY better TF than Star Convoy. You made the right choice.
Star Convoy is about the same height, just more bulky, also his legs are one, solid brick. Very Lame, IMHO, evern for a G1 bot.
Star Convoy's alt is kind of cool, it is motorized, so he can roll in "convoy" mode, or "walk" standing in robot mode, as the treads are under his feet. I never put batteries in my TFs, so I don't care about the lame gimmics. I would have rather them just said screw it, and gave him seperating legs with knee articulation. If he had POSEABILITY, he would not be begging for $39.99 Buy It Now on ePay. His upper torso is VERY articluated. With his waist spinning 360 degrees, and his arms having elbo and ahoulder articulation as well.
God Ginrai is awesome, but does not look right in his super mode. Don't get me wrong, he is cool, but looks MUCH better as Powermaster Prime. Takara got the PP design, and added onto it, ruining the balance, IMHO.
This is why I display GG in Powermaster Prime mode.
Besides, as Powermaster Prime, he is the PERFECT height and bulk to duke it out with Galvatron, just as God intended.
Both are worthy buys, but God Ginrai is better, by a mile.
Again, as I said earlier: God Ginrai C-310 re-issue, ALWAYS a GOOD DECESION.

Recently picked up the first wave of movie legends. I'm also having a bit of a run on Kabaya KOs at the moment. Already in hand and assembled I have (roughly) WST sized Hardhead (bit big), Chromedome (bit big), Brainstorm (bit big), Highbrow, Crosshairs, Sureshot, Pointblank, Lightspeed (non combining), Nosecone (non combining), Ginrai/PM Prime (cab section only, bit big, have put two together - 1 to paint up as Prime & 1 in a Scourge colour scheme), Getaway, Joyride, Quickswitch (manages 3 modes, not bad for the size), Hosehead (little bit big), Siren (bit big), Flywheels, Battletrap (bugger to get together, had to bodge him a touch), Misfire, Triggerhappy, Slugslinger, Cutthroat (non combining), Rippersnapper (non combining), Dreadwind & Darkwing (non combining), plus a selection of small scale Victory pieces: 2x Dinoking/Monstructor (non transforming), 2x LioKaiser (non transforming, 1 to be painted in Rescue Team colours), 2x Road Ceaser (non transforming, 1 to be painted in Motorvator colours), 2x Victory Leo (transforms! would go well on either the WSt or the non transforming shelf, thinking about painting the second one as Victory Razorclaw) and 2x Victory Sabre (designed to transform between combined robot mode and combined jet mode but I've rendered the first one non transforming by adding a spare set of Nosecone's leg cannons and a spare rotor from a Battletrap to form his sword blade, the second one's been left incomplete and had the clips for attaching the lower legs removed to create a really tiny Star Sabre).
Aside from the Masterforce ones these are actually supplied with any appropriate Nebulans, non transforming seperate figures in the case of the Headmasters and fully tranformable figures for the Targetmasters. I've got hold of enough of all but one Autobot Headmaster to make extra Nebulans so that they can be displayed in both modes. In the fullness of time these will all be painted and finished with some microlabels from Reprolabels. Coming in the post next week there are some larger scale pieces: Mega Zarak/Scorponok, Trypticon (probaly end up with the WSTs), Metroplex (thinking about doing the paintwork as Metrotitan, again probably winding up with the WSTs), Galvatron, Deathsaurus and a fully combining Laokaiser set.

I'm so bummed at the moment, I thought I was getting a God Ginrai but the site displayed it as in stock when they had none... so I bought a nothing!
I'll never get a Ginrai now!
So I used the credit to buy a Movie Voyager prime and a Hasbro Commemorative Dirge.
A wanted a giant G1 Autobot though...
Once they arrive I'll feel better - I also won a mint in box RiD Scourge(black laser rod prime) in an auction, I never thought I'd get the chance to have one of those!

Don't worry man. You can still get GG. When you do, you will know that he is TOTALLY worth it.

Alas, no it does not.
But it does have a gun that flips out on that arm instead.

I went and traded in some figures over the weekend, for a nice little KO Rumble (Frenzy, whichever...the Red Guy), and $30 credit towards an MP3 Soundwave.
Rumble needs some better stickers, these don't wanna stay on... anybody know what the Reprolabels are made of? The ones I've bought for other figures in the past were sort of a thin vinyl-type material, and stayed on quite well. I imagine Rumble would be the same?
