Which ones? There's three different companies who've made them so far!
The Marvel ones, well, I'm guessing your stuck with eBay or local comic shops.
You can get the Devil's Due series straight from their online store.
The Dreamwave ( World War 2 ) crossover was also available online someplace, though it escapes me right now. I know you can find copies on Amazon.com for sure, though most likely at a mark-up.

Off topic but Thenedain I couldn't help but be taken by your avatar image. Is that from the i-ching? Is there any specific meaning behind it or relevance to yourself? Just curious really.

Technically, yeah, it is from the I'Ching. Hexagram # 63 which means "After Completion".
More specifically, and hence it's geek/TF related status, it's the tattoo that G.I. Joe's Storm Shadow has on his right forearm in the original version of the character. It's the symbol of his ninja clan. I've loved that symbol so much since I was a kid that I actually had it tattooed on my own forearm.
Seen here in toy form and in the flesh:

I'm jealous. No serious. I'm really jealous. I would never have the guts to get that tattoo, though I would really love to have one. I just wouldn't like to explain to to everyone who asks about it.
FYI: Snake-Eyes and Jinx also have that tattoo.

That's the best part! I've met about two dozen G.I. Joe fans since I got it. The best was a guy in the middle of Wal-Mart yelling out, "Holy crap Storm Shadow!". He hadn't seen or read anything G.I. Joe related since he was a kid, but instantly recognized it. Turns out, lots of us 30 or so year old males recognize the good 'ol white garbed ninja.
To older people, when they ask, I just use the I'ching explanation. Makes me look all philosophical and crap.

The clan Arashikage symbol is quite famous by now. Check any Sigma Six Storm Shadow.
I believe all recent ones have been reprinted ala trades, that you can often get at bookstores.
If you buy the G2 TF trades you will find there is some GI Joe/TF crossover in there as well.
