Are there any U.k conventions, because i remember watching an extra on one of my tf dvds and it was showing bits from a u.k convention called "Auto assembly" this still on and if not any others in the u.k?

Auto Assembly had a year off this summer due to illness issues with the organisers. With any luck it should be back on next year. The venue for that one is always Birmingham and the last couple have had a turnout somewhere around the 400 mark.

There's also Transforce which closed it's doors a few years back. That was meant to be on again this year to celebrate the launch of the movie but ended up not happening. If that one does ever get underway again then expect it to be London based.

It's a bit early to be expecting any announcements about next year just yet. Expect news of any events next year to come through around Jan/Feb.
