Not really sure, I think that UK comics Ultra Magnus could take Sixshot.
He beat Galvatron once

Magnus better get bizzeh! Bluestreak has PTSD and Sideswipe isn't good enough.

Magnus has the guts but does he have the power? He needs to maximise damage to beat Sixshot. I think he needs a bit of help, like dropping very heavy objects onto Sixshot to crush him.
