interesting review! I'm getting my own Henkei Astrotrain soon.

One thing though Sean, in the review you compare the Henkei and Classics versions to the G1 toy, that black, purple and white G1 Astrotrain was only avalible in the western world back in the day(Japan getting the black & white version) and it's that one that Classics Astrotrain pays omage to.

The Henkei one's colours are based on the G1 toy's Grey and Purple prototype(as was the animation model).

So really, the classics one is closer to the G1 toy and the Henkei one is closer to the cartoon(and our hearts)

Henkei Astrotrain is one of those worth-buying Japs Classics redux.
