Watching US dvd's in the UK
- Weapon: Electro-Sword
Hey, im sick of waiting for a release of Armada in europe so i was considering importing, now i was just wondering if the codes that unlock dvd players in us work on a similar basis over here, if they do, anyone care to talk me through it. If not does anyone know if you can get one of those action replay things for a 360 to watch universal dvds??

It depends on the model of your DVD Player, if you give the make and model number we can find out if it can be unlocked.
IMO though, the best option for playing foreign DVDs is always going to be your PC.

Re: Watching US dvd's in the UK
If it's a cheapie one, it might not be region locked. Few years ago, my dad bought his first DVD player fairly cheap. It annoyed a friend of his no end that the friend's very expensive player would only play UK region DVDs, whereas my dad's cheap one would play anything.

For anyone who hasn't seen Spotlight: Sledge (and why not?!), my gritty and dark fanfiction piece "Holiday" is posted here.

I found out that my uncles UK Playstation2 slim can play US DVDs so that would be another potion.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.
