My sister's ex-boyfriend is now the craziest **** in the galaxy.

He went to high school with my second oldest sister, Sam. His name is Joe Shepard. Watch for it on America's Most Wanted.

A while after my sister got home from Iraq, (She was in the Army) she went out to a bar. I think saving the country deserves a drink.

Then, in one night, she ran into a total of SEVEN people she went to school with, that she hadn't seen in years. One was Joe.

Sam started going out with Joe, and he was--And I can account for this--The coolest dude ever.

Then she got pregnant (Something we didn't see coming, given my sister was supposed to be incapable of bearing children), and the baby was Joe's.

Then it went down hill.

She needed some time away from Joe, but he wouldn't allow that. He began following her everywhere. Stalking her, even.

It blew over, and they got back together. Then they moved to Vegas.

Oops. Things went WAY down hill there.

He began abusing her. They either went out together, or he went out and she stayed home. He'd even take both apartment keys, so she coouldn't leave without locking up.

Then the baby came. Yay! Little Arman Edgar. (Sam is my half-sister, I should note) That's right, the baby didn't have Joe's name. That way, he wouldn't be forced to pay child support.

The week before Sam came back to Kalamazoo (Weirdest name for a town EVER, but I live there) Arman was crying. She tried to get him to stop, but he wouldn't. Joe took Arman's hand, and beat the **** out of the kid's hand, knowing full-well my whole family was raised against violence.

Then he got arresting for fraudulent checks. Got out on bond, though. But by that time, my sister was already back in Kalamazoo, safe, with us.

Then he started making phone calls. After a while, we realized he was doing it from Oklahoma, a good country-length away, but it still scared the ever loving **** out of us.

Then he called from OUR area code. For the past week, a green Pontiac Four-Door was sitting outside my sister's apartment, sometimes flashing the lights. SOMEONE is hiding in the back seat, and we are 100% positive it's Joe.

We called the police today, and the cop who talked to my mom said, he was wanted in California, Oklahoma, Nevada, and Michigan. In Michigan, he has $30,000 in unpaid child support (For his other kids), and a bench warrant. He also carries pot and an unliscensed concealed weapon, usually a knife or gun.

The cop said that when (NOT IF) they catch him, he could spend up to 30 YEARS in prison. We hope so.

We haven't caught him yet, as far as I know, but it WILL happen soon. We don't want Arman in this psycho's hands, which we believe to be one of his goals.

I'll give you updates as this happens.

I hope they catch this guy quick. Be shure and keep little Arman safe; never out of a family members sight.

Hopefully cops will get this guy soon, and i like that idea of seibertronians Lynch Mob. I agree with Burn....

If someone could find his computer, they might be able to pull a Gary Glitter and find all the stuff that'll lead the cops to him.

Yeah, at that age, any kind of corporal punishment is definately uncalled for. I'm a pretty adament user of corporal punishment, & even I know that there's no point if the kid's not mentally developed enough to understand what he's being punished for. But then again, I love my kids & my wife & wouldn't even think of pulling half of the crap this guy has. What a dumbass.
