I want to toss Hound and Cyclonus on my X-mas list, but if he's not going to be available there's no point... unless I want piss a family member off snd have them go to HTS for nuthin' .

maybe we'll havta see I think the release date is Jan 09 but maybe we'll get lucky.

The bastards were "in stock" about 15-20 minutes ago and in my cart. Of course their POS site was dragging and I didn't have enough items in my cart to get both the 25% off and free shipping so I went to add another item. But of course by the time their slow ass site got back to checkout they were "out of stock" again.

The thing that pisses me off about it is 2 of the items were the $10, only good today items so if I can't get the order in today I'm SOL. I even called them and asked if I could get them to honor my order or do something for me, but no can do. They were totally worthless and could do nothing. Hell, I knew more about what was going on than they did. They told me you couldn't use both promotions together, which you can. You just need your subtotal to be over 50 AFTER the discount is applied. (Basically you need about a $70 or higher order.) I had to get them to add a bunch of sh*t to a fake order to see that you could if you ordered enough.

So yeah, I'm pretty annoyed right now... Why the hell they can't add a preorder is beyond me. Looks like I'll be missing out on Silverbolt and Heavy Load for 20 bucks because I'm not ordering a bunch of other crap I don't want to be able to get my total high enough for all the discounts to apply.

I have heard Cyclonus and Hound will be coming out after Xmas, which sucks, since I was also gonna put them on my list...Instead, I asked for WM and/or Target gift cards...So I can get em when they DO come out!

Hound was available on HTS yesterday for about 30 minutes with a ship date of 12/23 and an estimated arrival of 12/29.

I was able to order one with the 25% off coupon.

Holy crap.. Cyclonus was just available.. It said it should ship by 12/22.. I ordered one then after it was finished I went back to the screen and it still had "in stock".. I refreshed about a minute later and it said "Out of stock".
Guess I lucked out.

All 3 Cyclonus, Hound, and Starscream seem to pop up as in stock for a short time each day, potentially a few times a day. Problem is I have yet to see all three in stock at the same time. Until that happens it's really of no benefit to get an order in as all your savings from the holiday25 code are just eaten up by the shipping costs and then some.

And I can already see it coming where all 3 are in stock, but then Inferno will be out of stock. And then once all 4 are in stock the 25% code will be expired and the free shipping deal will be done too. HTS can KMA! And yes, I'm still bitter about what happened with my failed attempt at placing an order the other day...

I ordered mine from HTS when they first went up on the website (Over a month and a half ago). I'm suppose to get mine atleast (Hound) in two more weeks accordiong to HTS support whom i called. I ordered 10 of hound. As i said in a past post i'll let 5 of the 10 go for the same price i paid from HTS if you can't get him. First come First served.

Funny thing is I mistyped the code at first and thought what I was bitching about earlier in this thread had come to fruition...ha!

These guys as well as Cheetor and Starscream are showing in stock at HTS, but the ship date isn't until 12/22/08. How is that not a pre-order To me if something is in stock it should ship as soon as my payment has been processed, not two weeks later. Anyway I'm confident that I will find these at retail before I would get them from HTS. If they won't even ship until 12/22 your looking at another week before they arrive which practically puts you 01/09.

Which was what set me off at the beginning of this thread! Especially since the damn things pop in and out "of stock" throughout the day! Nothing is shipping yet so how are they in or out of friggin' stock?!? Just take my damn order and send it to me when it's in! I don't care if it ships in January... Their dumb*ss process cost me Silverbolt and Heavy Load for a combined $15... I don't super want those figs, but for cheaper than the price of Wal-Mart discounted deluxes I was interested...

I just ordered Hound, Cyclonus, Dragstrip, and Overkill.

All were in stock and were also eligible for the Holiday25 code. Saves me the trouble of looking for them at retail.

even so, ive got the hubbub of christmas and new years to distract me while they ship. it'll save me the disappointment of shopping the barren toy aisles of post holidays.

I ordered Cyclonus, Hound, Inferno, and Softimus as a tree topper for the 3' tree by my room . What's even better is not only did I get 25% off, but I didn't pay for it. I had a $50 HTS card from my b-day in june. I still have $2.08 left !
