I have some notes, and since I've never had a Soundblaster, I don't know whether these notes were already noted regarding that figure.

- His hands have some open space on them towards the wrist whereas the original was "solid."

- Decal sheet is in Japanese with a big 17 on it :4P

- No guide for how to apply decal sheet. Not a problem for me, but if younger generations are supposed to, "reproduce all the action of the sinister Soundwave," they might need some help.

- Has the Classics-style transforming instructions.

- Instructions for Laserbeak and Ravage start from cassette mode, even though they're packaged in robot mode.

- Instructions bear the generic warning about excessive force and reattachable parts, even though it's blatantly untrue.

- I had trouble fitting Laserbeak into the chest cavity. Ravage fits okay.

im guessing u got the hasbro version. if u did, great. i wish i had it. so wat do u mean by classic instructions? sum pix please

Yeah, the TRU exclusive. Probably should've remembered to put that in the subject.

The Classics just have a distinct style for their instructions. I can't remember what the original G1 instructions for Soundwave looked like, so for all I know it could be the same pictures but in a different layout (G1 had those black bordered instructions).

Got mine via UPS today. Should look really nice next to my TFC Soundwave and Soundblaster.

when are they supposed to hit stores?

I noticed the box says "Battle Ravage" instead of Ravage.

Probably in a week or so.. I was consistantly told by a couple of different managers that the stores in my area weren't getting any new stock in until the beginning of February. It will probably be one of the first new TF's they get.
