out of stock again. I am so flipping pissed. I had it already added to cart when it was in stock, but by the time i filled out my shipping and credit card info and submitted my order, it took me to a blank TRU page. I was like... where is my confirmation email? and then i try to do my order again, only to find out the item is out of stock. This is ridiculous.

To prevent further rage, I just bit the bullet and bought one off eBay. Sure it was $20 more, but probably would have spent that in gas searching up and down for this thing.

I'm trying hard not to buy one of these. I stopped by my local TRU store after work today and they had 3 sitting on the shelf. When I got home I found a $5 off rewards coupon in the mail box. I keep telling myself I already have the Takara version, and I should be saving the money for the MP Optimus. Not to mention I'm really not happy with me current MP display. I've considered boxing them up a couple of times now.

they are all over ebay now for 10$ more then retail, just like I figured, the prices would come down, once the shock and awe was over.

Keep looking! Found mine today at the Clackamas Toys R Us here in Oregon. They had one left. Don't give up hope! Also, if funds are tight, I think you can layaway TC. Good luck!

Yeah, damn seller was so prompt, he shipped it within an hour! I ended up buying an ADDITIONAL one out of spite of myself. Hoping to get back my money on the ebay one one day. :BOOM:

Tis been a hard year on my wallet, suddenly buying all the MPs and now the KM (Hearts of Steel) toys from MMC, plus SDCC exclusives, BBTS exclusives, Takara exclusives... my god. :shock:

I know. All of the Hasbro products i wanted for the year came out within a span of 6 wks. or so. Star wars: darth maul pack, lost wave vintage line, TRU speederbikes, clone wars figures, and in between -MP TC!! *(&%^*&(%*( hasbro!!!!

Why is so much product released in the 4th quarter or close to it?!?!?!

Thundercracker went briefly back into stock a couple days ago, but has since sold out again.

Also, the bastards RAISED THE PRICE TO $74.99!!!

have you ever been to the TRU in Times Square? their prices are crazy high!

I wouldn't be surprised if TRU switches the price when it officially hits the stores to $74.99 :BOOM:

It was $70 in Times Square 2 or 3 weeks ago.

It's annoying that TRU is known for this kind of crap though. It seems they always raise the price on items that shows high popularity :/

I remember last year they had Rodimus for 5-6 dollars higher than anywhere else..., what's crazy is that my local TRU has the FOC figures for $17.49! while other local TRU has them for $14.99... self inflation? ha! I just bought them at Target...

I don't shop at TRU for this reason. They just rip people off horribly. The figures that are coming out now shouldn't be $15+ anyway because they're really lightweight and small.

Picked him up at my local tru today ($74.99) along with the turtle sewer lair. I got $30 off thanks to the coupon. No sign of mp prime yet at my local store.
