Good Evening, in less than an hour, Trans-Fans from here will join others around the world, and you will be watching the greatest movie in the history of Cybertron. Cybertron, that word should have new meaning for all of us today. We can’t be consumed by what faction we are anymore, whether we are Autobot, Decepticon, Maximal, or Predacon. We will be united by our common interest. Perhaps it’s fate that this week is the Fourth of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom….Not from Decepticon tyranny, Unicron’s grip, or oppression from that guy that says we’re too old to play with toys….but from annihilation. We’re fighting for our right to live. To exist. And should we win the day, the Fourth of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the Transformers Fans declared in one voice: WE WILL NOT GO QUIETLY INTO THE NIGHT! WE WILL NOT VANISH WITHOUT A FIGHT! WE’RE GOING LIVE ON! WE’RE GOING TO SURVIVE! TODAY WE CELEBRATE OUR CYBERTRON DAY!

Uh... the fact that we've got a movie proves that we're not exactly going gently into that good night... If anything, it's an excuse to be more vocal, more open in our fandom.

Well...before the movie transformers were slowly slipping from public knowledge. The movie has brought a larger audience back into the fray, and after 20 years, don't you think it's about time we got another movie?
