ARG NOES!!! BB and Prime problems!
I just recently found CC BB, and Voyager Prime. They are excelent figures and all, but there is a problem that is seeming to plauge the Movie Transformers: Their Paint rubs off ever so easily. This next statement is no lie: I left Bumblebe on my shelf a few days then today, I picked him up, and his stripes were are scratched up! Then, on Robovision Prime, I left him on my shelf, picked him up, and the flames on his truck roof just rubbed off! With ABSOLUTELY no effory, just rubbing, no placing my finger on it. I there any like paint sealer or anything I can do?

i hadn't thought of this, but he makes a good point.
temperature, i've found, wasn't a huge concern with the movie line, but the substandard paint adhesion is an issue. my poor barricade is missing one of his door 'police' logos due to it being so scraped up i just rubbed it off. i don't know what they did with the detail painting, but it didn't work.

Wow, I haven't had this problem with my movie toys... yet.
Take them back, although I personally think that is inconvenient and would keep my figure if I can help it. Too much sun on those figures is damaging. Although it seems like you have an acute case...

If you got this problem on only one bot. I would theorize quality control as the culprit.
But having several bots under the same flu, it should be something in the environment.
Better find out soon. Or risk destroying all your Transformers.
Hmmm... Bay can use this phenomenon as a way of defeating the Decepticons.

Eradicator, I've notice that happening to the Police letters on the doors of Deluxe Barricade. Yes the paint quality is cheap. Alot of them have brittle plastic too. Hasbro and Takara both have quality issues. Two pegs snapped on Mp Megatron in less of a week that I bought him.

You can email Hasbro, they were actually pretty receptive when I emailed them, but they state that they cannot guarantee that you will receive the same figure (said something like "If we do not have it, we will send one of equal or lesser value"). That was a deal breaker for me. But if you want to take the risk, they will probably send you out postage to ship it back.

Well, let Dr. Energon Skyblast take a look, eh?
: It appears that they're getting exposure to something.
What would your advice be, then?
Dr. Skyblast: Well, my advice would be to keep them not even in a container. Do you have some sort of darker area in your room or house? Place them there. Also, if they're standing in front of a window, either close the window or just take them away from there.
Could it be something in the house itself?
Dr. Skyblast: Possibly! Do you have a bug problem? If so, do you use bug spray frequently? What about air freshener? Are you a fan of Febreeze at all?
And of course, final say doc?
Dr. Skyblast: Well, my REAL advice would just be to keep the Transformers themselves in stasis lock in either the Ark or the Nemesis, respectively, but of course, you don't have that available. So, unfortunately, my primary advice would be to place them in a dark area, and keep them away from sun and pollutants.
Anything else?
Dr. Skyblast: Yes, as a matter of fact, there is. Would you mind telling us what area of the world you're located in? And if in the US, what area of the country? It could be something in your area, and, if so.... this could serve as a good warning to Transfans all across that area! Best of luck!

This is a rather unfortunate turn of events. The temperature of your house shouldn't really make a difference because most products should survive in the average household temperature. Sunlight also shouldn't have such a strong effect over only a few days.
