Yes, aside from the obvious MTMTE appearance Astrotrain appeared in War Within and War & Peace. Full list of appearances here.
IIRC he was given a hybrid of his black/white and grey/purple decos throughout. The scheme was based on his cartoon colours (fittingly, since most of DW's stuff primarily referenced the cartoon) but the grey areas were lightened almost to the point of being white.
