Just so you guys know, the technique to get that metallic look is called dry brushing. I've done it many times for customs over the years. You prime the figure, I'm guessing he primed it black. Then you take your silver paint, and wipe most of it off of your brush. When you apply it to the figure, it maintains the color inside of the creases, but attaches to the outside. It is up to your discretion how much you use. This is how you get the black color in the cracks of megatron's face, along with the metallic look on the flat portions.

It's actually not hard at all, the time consuming part is taking the figure apart and putting it back together.

It's bad, because it lacks colors. Megatron has more colors than only silver.
