Interesting match-up, both of them has a very sharp mind in their own profession, and have a wide array of gadgets/weapons - they are like the opposing sides of a coin.
Still, Batman was defeated by sharp-minded villains before, so I give this to Boba.

Batman. For sure. Far more intelligent than Boba Fett.

Batman, Boba Fett is overrated, he never really did anything in the movies other than look cool.
