Are they going to release Beast Wars Transformers on DVD's in complete series to a different company at Shout! Factory or other different company or will they be with Rhino Home Video?

I'm a bit confused on your wording, but in case you were confused as to whether Beast Wars was ever released:
I'm not sure about Shout! Factory, but Rhino has already released all three Beast Wars seasons.
