While trying to transform my Blackout...I noticed that the Automorph that flips his head around is very difficult to get to work properly.
Going by the book...it looks like as you swing his hips and legs down...the head flips around...but on mine it just doesn't jive quite like that. I always end up having to manually move the head....
Anybody else have this problem?
On a slightly unrelated note...who else thinks that if they were gonna do light-piping on Ironhide...at least make the plastic clear enough to work!
Blackout...automorph?

Well...the lightpiping works...but you have to shine a flashlight right behind his head....
so they weren't blacked out....
And speaking of blackout...anybody else have the problem I have with theirs? (see first post)

Yeah, the automorph frature on Blackout is pretty crap in all honesty. Luckily the rest of the figure manages to make up for it, and his ugly ass head.
I think they should hace left the Automorth to the leader figures, Prime's are all actully cool little features, Blackout's is a hinderence, especilly if you have accidentally forced the head too far, then all it does is stop the front aligning properly in alt mode.

I have to manually rotate his head around as well. But I keep forgetting to do that when going to alt mode, so I spend half an hour trying to figure out why the hell he isn't lining up properly.
There is also a really loud click when I rotate it. Makes me worried if it's gonna snap. Personally, it would be better if they left it to manual rotation.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.
