Thats a tuff one brawn is strong, but sideswipe is fast. I would give the edge to sideswipe.

As with the Hot Rod fight, Sideswipe would be advised to use hit-and-run tactics. He has a jet pack, so he could pick up Brawn and drop him from a height. However, Brawn is tough so his injuries wouldn't be too bad. Sideswipe would be tempted to box with Brawn but the little slugger is a powerhouse so Sideswipe wouldn't get a knockout.

Brawn would win in a close fight but the outcome is less certain if Sideswipe uses guerilla tactics.
