Does TRU and Walmart get in shipments on Saturdays? I've been to my local TRU and Walmart every day this week, and they seem to have not gotten any TFs in at all. It's the same old stuff I saw there last week. Made it the most disappointing TF hunting week for me so far. :(

Be strong man, be strong…
I don’ know about Wal-Mart (I refuse to shop their, poor employee treatment and all), but TRU doesn’t have any real shipping schedule, you should just keep checking.

They do. I was able to get Leader Brawl, Rescue Ratchet, Thundercracker, and many of the new Deluxes except Arcee two weeks ago near closing time when they bring out pallets.

Cybertron Primus and 20th Anniv DVD Prime seem to be all that Walmart has.

Local Walmart did get in a few Cybertron Scouts though, and I made sure to nab the good ones. Besides that, no one else received anything.

Meh, I think I might take Walmart out of my usual rounds now. I've gotten all the Cybertron/Classics stuff I want, and the last time I even saw a Movie Deluxe at one was way back when the movie first came out, so blah. I've had the most luck with TRU, then Target, so those are gonna be my new primary toy spots.

I've gotta check my Target eventually. See if they have at least a Fallen, as I want at least 1 Titanium before the line ends.

Hopefully we'll start seeing Titanium WW Grimlock on those shelves...

Good news: TRUs and Targets restocked today. Wal-Mart got in jack.

Bad news: they had absolutely no deluxes, just Voyagers and Real Gears. And it's old wave Voyagers as well; original SS, Ironhide, and Ratchet.

So yeah, if you're in North County SD and you've been looking for any of the new wave Real Gears, go to Target; each store has five of each.

Plus, the Encinitas Target got in a good amount of Titaniums, including ones I've never seen before, namely Sunstorm. To be precise, they have

2x Sunstorm
2x WW Ultra Magnus
1x Starscream
1x Cheetor

As for TRU, I'm not even sure they restocked today, or if they just restocked yesterday and the only stuff left is the new wave Real Gears. I'll check there again tomorrow morning to confirm it, and head to the Walmarts to see if they'll finally restock after a good 2+ weeks of bare pegs.

Did see Sunstorm Titanium down in Southbay San Diego as well. Plus Walmart (Broadway, Chula Vista) had Cybertron Primus for only $15! Too bad I paid fifty for it when it first came out. I did pick one up for my kid though, they had about 6 left.

Holy crap, $15?! I gotta head down there tomorrow; here in Carlsbad/Oceanside, it's still $49.88.

EDIT: Which Walmart? There's two Walmarts in Chula Vista that're both on Broadway. One's on N Broadway, if that helps.

It's the southmost location, 1150 Broadway. I put one on top of the shelf down the aisle in which the Primus endcap is on, so if you go and can't find one on the endcap, look there. However there were 6 or 7, so there should be a couple left.

The Wal-Mart in Duarte had a crap load of the Cybertron Primus during the weekend but they were in the $40 range. I am going to head over there after work tomorrow and see if the prices dropped.

Cool dude, thanks a lot. I wonder when they went on clearance?

I gotta check my local Walmarts again tomorrow to see if they did it for the whole county.

Yesterday I visited Rosemead & Pico Rivera Walmarts, they both also got full endcap load of Cybertron Primus, 20th DVD Prime (2 cases each store, Rosemead store all sold out) & Prime vs. Megatron Ultimate Battle w/ DVD (Rosemead store has 4 cases).

Looks like most southern California Walmarts finally got these from their regional DC. Funny thing is, one month ago I was at Vegas and saw exact same new shipment being restocked to their local Walmart there. "Maybe" if we watch NV's sighting for Walmart shipment/restocking trend, it might reveal something for our SoCal stores? (who would remember to check a month later anyway? lol)

BTW, most items mentioned above are back to regular Walmart retail prices, no more clearance :(

Cheers!

Erroneous, you're my hero. I just stopped there on my way to work, and there were absolutely no Primuses (Primii?) at the endcap. All of the endcaps were full of girl's toys and Spider-Man 3 toys in fact, and the only empty one was one that advertised whatever item it had as being worth $15.90. So yeah, hopeless, I did a desperate search of the whole toy aisle, and I couldn't remember which shelf you put the last one on, or if it was even still there.

Thank God it was. Five minutes and $17 later, I'm in proud possession of a Primus.

If you ever need something from the North County area, feel free to ask.

Indeed. I'm surprised to find a good San Diego fanbase here.

On that note, I skipped out on a good number of "rare" TFs today. Encinitas and Oceanside Targets got a good shipment in. As of 6:30PM, the Encinitas Target had the following new stuff:

2x Final Battle Jazz
1x Arcee
1x Dreadwing
1x Longarm
1x Payload
a bunch of Voyager Ironhides, Starscreams, Ratchets, and Megatrons

The Oceanside Target had no Deluxes, just a huge amount of Voyagers and Titaniums.

I ended up buying none of the Deluxes because 1) I thought I'd find them somewhere else and 2) I'm solely looking for Dropkick, although Longarm was tempting.

Oh, and if it's any indication of a shipment coming within the next couple days, the Oceanside TRU had nothing today, which makes it shipment-less for a good two weeks. TRU's first place I'm checking tomorrow, and then I'm heading to Encinitas Target to see if they might still have that Longarm.

Targets:
Pasadena- A few of the new real gears, some fast (bumblebee) action battlers, and one leader class Brawl

Alhambra- Leader class Brawl, some new real gear, and one old Ratchet voyager

Monrovia- 3X Titanium Starscream, Two Leader Class Brawl, and old voyagers
: Starscream, Ironhide, Ratchet
Eagle rock- had fast action battlers and Optimus Prime Titanium

Wal-Mart in Duarte- A lot of Cybertron Primus at $48 and one Deluxe Longarm which I bought.
The department guy said that he had ordered a lot of Transformers and that they would arrive Sep. 21, so hopefully that is the situation.

Toys R us in Monrovia- They had a lot of Cybertron Primus for $49.
