Canada Transformers sightings
How come everyone has been complaining that leader class Prime is $89.99 or something? I just saw him at Zellers for $59.99 (the price of a Cybertron leader). If this is a mistake or something and I can get him for $30 off, I'm gonna grab him on my way home from work....actually, I'm gonna grab him anyway
, but I was just checking.

I don't know, I thought Leaders were priced at $69.99...

As mentioned in the very first postJetfire was spotted at a Wal-mart here in Ontario along with Grimlock and Mirage.
As Zed was saying we should be getting the two per case assorments of Jetfire and two of Grimlock assortments as well.
I live in B.C. too. I have seen Jetfire at Courtenay Zellars (on vancouver island) and wall-mart. Hope this helps.
In other news: I went to the local wall-mart June 3rd and still no transformers movie toys here.

Haven't seen movie Ironhide nor Starscream. Heh, I'm not losing any sleep over it though.
I live in the lower Mainland B.C. and for the life of me I haven't seen Classics (Super-soaker) Megs anywhere. Anyone have any luck with it?

It's not a Super Soaker, it's based on the Nerf Maverick CS-6 dart gun.

Metro TRU used to have tons of them before they had a sale a few weeks before Christmas.
As you can guess, they're all long gone.

Because TRU is selling it for $69.99.

Well after what's happened with Primus, I'm going to take my chances and wait to see if this badboy goes cheaper after the film.

Of course they did have a cool poster of G1 characters, which I picked up.
Yeah, the Wal-Mart on Upper James in Hamilton is doing the same. They have fast-action battlers and other kiddy Transformers toys, but only a few of the Voyager Ratchets and Blackouts. The only deluxe figuers they have are the preview protoform figures. A whole wall of them.

Bumblebee/Ironhide two-pack? Do you mean the Bumblebee/Barricade set?

Speaking of the BB/Barricade 2 pack, I found it at Wal-Mart today.
The movie figures have been out a week, and all Wal-Mart has gotten in is one item

Has anyone been to the Toys, Toys, Toys in the Vaughn Mills mall? My girlfriend is going on a shopping trip and I was wondering if there was anything of interest there. I remember going a while back and seeing some old RiD stuff, and I was wondering if it was still around, and if not, if there is anything else cool or worth noting.

my girlfriend went to the states yesterday and picked me up a voyager ironhide cuz i couldnt find him here (london). Apparently they didnt have any leader class primes at Target in michigan either!
Anyways, i went to toys'r'us today and they had two voyager starscreams out, compared to last weekend, when they had only blackout and ratchet. So they musta opened up a few new boxes who had starscraem in em.
Wont be getting leader class prime there though thats for sure!

Not exactly a sighting, as there's nothing new I noticed, but I have a Canadian Haul, in case anyone missed it in the regular thread.
Well, my weekend haul wasn't as big as SOME PEOPLE'S (Black Arachnis
), but it was effin' amazing nonetheless, by pure stroke of luck. I was out getting a haircut and checked out this hobby store which just happened to be having a 40% off spring sale. They had TRU Reissue Prowl, for $43.99... 40% off... $26.40 CANADIAN for MISB Reissue Prowl!!.
Also grabbed a loose E-Storm Jet just because he was cheap and I never did when he was out. He's not bad, but I definitely see the problems with Superion mode, and already spent some time trying to fix the legs.
That's not all... My girlfriend and I went shopping at Metrotown (the big mall around here), where I was looking for a Classics Jetfire, which I didn't find... but it doesn't matter, because as we were checking out the TF displays, about to leave the TRU, this employee walked up and started to talk about Transformers...when all of a sudden he pulls from behind his back Reissue Soundwave!
He said they'd had one left in the computer but had been searching for a long time, only to find it just lying on the floor. I guess he must've been able to tell I was a huge TF fan, and decided to show it to me.
The box was a little squished, but the figure was fine, and I debated a little if I should wait for Encore, but my girlfriend said if this was the one I had been calling all over to find (I had), it costs less than the Japanese version, and possibly comes with more, I should get it. So she bought it for me.
So that was my weekend haul. Not the biggest one, but a good one.

Hey, looking for a good transformers store in Toronto. Like not stores that carry the current stuff, but maybe like Titanium, etc.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Silver Snail. Though I've never been there myself, it seems to be the Transformers Mecca for Torontonians.

I went to a few Toys R Us tonight. The one at Hurontario and Eglington and they just had the regular movie stuff. Same thing for the Brampton TRU...
I had heard earlier in the day the Brampton one had Soundwaves, movie Starscreams and Ironhides, but tonight they had NONE of those things. Sux.

Went to the Hurontario & Eglington TRU early Monday evening and found both Ironhide and Starscream. No Soundwave for those looking.
I took the only Starscream, but there were two Ironhides. I put the other Ironhide behind all the Blackouts and Ratchets on the middle Voyager shelf in the movie sectio
401 & Argentia Wal-Mart, nothing special except the Barricade/Bumblebee 2 pack.
