The Framers who wrote the Constituion may have designed it to be flexible, thus why we have it today, but they never could have predicted the things we consider mainstream now. Five hundred bucks says James Madison wouldbe appaled by even what we wear.
Yeah, back then, the only real form of media they had were newspapers, and most of the population couldn't even read. They couldn't take into account TV, internet, or radio.
