How is Kickback charming?

Whenever I read about his character, it says he's charming. Even in the Focus on the Decepticons roll call it says he has oily charm.

I just have never seen him use it.

Sure, he has tuggable little antenna and cute kicky feet, but I'm looking for examples of times where he uses his wiles. I can't think of ever seeing him be manipulative or cunning. I just think of him as the guy who eats with Shrapnel and Bombshell, and gets squished in the TF movie. Even reading his Teletraan-1 wiki, I'm not satisfied.

Any help?

I would have to agree with that description of him that he's charming in an oily type of way or at least as much as a Decepticon can get.

It's been close to a year since I watched all of the episodes on dvd so I'd have to watch some of them again to give specific examples but I kind of thought all three original insecticons were like that to varying degrees.

The insecticons were one of my first purchases from ebay when I started collecting them too, they are in excellent condition with their boxes and inserts and accessories.
